Returns

Lounge Beauties wants you to love your new loungewear. If you decide that you don’t love it, we will gladly issue you a refund and accept your return on all unworn merchandise, (except panties that have been removed from packaging, or items that were purchased on-sale) for store credit or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached. A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges. 


Return Policy: 

  • On-Sale items are final sale only, and are not eligible for return (Discount Coded items are still eligible for return)
  • Must have been purchased less than 30 days ago
  • Has never been worn, altered or washed
  • Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached
  • Item must be in new condition to be eligible for return/exchange

      How to Return Merchandise:

      • Kindly send an email to: lb@loungebeauties.com with the subject line RETURN, requesting a return or exchange for your item along with the reason
      • A return shipping label will be emailed to you to print and attach to the outside of the return shipping package (U.S. Customers only)
      • Re-package the item in the original packaging, and shipping package if possible
      • Please provide the following information along with your return:
        1. Order Number 
        2. Your Full Name

        Return Process Timeline: 

        • Eligible returns received within 30 days will receive a full refund on the products
        • Refunds are processed within 3-5 days of receiving
        • Refunds will be issued 3-5 days upon processing and inspecting
        • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary

        Return Shipping Costs:

        If your Lounge Beauty product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, the cost of the return shipping is on us. For other returns, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.

        Some large companies offer free shipping on returns, and that is our endeavor to offer to our customers as our company continues to grow. Until that time, our efforts are diligent in keeping rates as low as possible.

        Exchange Process:

        • Please be sure to include all of the required information in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt
        • Once the item you're exchanging is received and inspected, we will promptly ship your new item or credit your original purchasing card

        Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.

        Should you choose to use another trackable shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
